Deleting your Revivo account

In the app

1. Open Revivo and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you haven't signed in recently, we ask you to confirm with Google or Apple.

The account and its data are deleted at once and for good.

Don't have the app any more?

Write to privacy@revivo.training from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We answer within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, photo, all logs and scores, your leaderboard places, team and group memberships, your reports and blocks, and parental consents. If you were a team's only coach, the team passes to the longest-serving coach or member; if nobody is left, it is deleted.

What stays

• Proof of consent, for 3 years, without your name, ID or email: only a cryptographic fingerprint of your email (and your parent's), the consent types, versions and dates. We keep it to defend ourselves against claims (GDPR art. 17(3)(e)).
• Crash reports (only if you agreed to them) expire on their own after 90 days.
• Firebase backups lose the account within 180 days.
