Revivo Terms of Use

1. Who provides the service

Revivo is provided by Mihaela-Nicoleta Cernat, Str. Sachelarie Visarion nr. 18, Sector 2, București, România, email support@revivo.training, phone +40 731 892 420.

2. What Revivo is and isn't

Revivo helps you track sleep, training, nutrition and hydration and shows estimates of your recovery. Revivo is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Scores are indicative. For medical advice, see a doctor. If you feel pain, dizziness or other symptoms, stop exercising and get help.

3. Age and parental consent

• You must be at least 13.
• Between 13 and 15, the account works only once a parent or guardian agrees, and the parent also decides whether you may share with a team or the community.
• Only adults can create and run teams.
• If you are a parent, you accept these terms on behalf of your child.

4. Your account

• You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account belongs to one person. Don't pretend to be someone else.
• You can delete your account any time in the app (Settings → Account) or by writing to privacy@revivo.training.

5. Community rules

You may not:

• use nicknames, team names, descriptions or photos that are offensive, sexual, violent, discriminatory or infringe someone else's rights;
• harass or threaten anyone, or try to find out other users' data;
• fake data to climb a leaderboard;
• use the app for ads or spam;
• try to get around the app's security.

6. Moderation (DSA art. 14 and 16–17)

• You can report an athlete (nickname, photo, behaviour) by long-pressing their name, and anything else (teams, groups) by writing to moderare@revivo.training, which also works without an account.
• We review reports as fast as we can, normally within 72 hours. We may hide or remove content, change a nickname, remove someone from a team or suspend an account.
• When we act against you, we tell you why (statement of reasons) and how to appeal, at moderare@revivo.training.
• We don't use automated moderation.

7. Subscription (when there is one)

Revivo is free for now. If we introduce a subscription, payment will go only through the App Store or Google Play, with the price, period and renewal shown clearly. You will cancel it in the store's settings; refunds and the 14-day withdrawal go through the store. Privacy features (export, deletion, withdrawing consent) stay free.

8. Your content

Your photos, nicknames and texts stay yours. You only give us the right to show them in the app, to the people you chose, while the account exists.

9. Liability

• We try to keep the app working and its calculations right, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
• We are not liable for training or health decisions made only on the basis of the scores, as far as the law allows.
• We don't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Ending

You can leave any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, with a statement of reasons (section 6).

11. Governing law

Romanian law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection your local law gives you. Disputes can go to the competent courts or through ANPC (https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro).

12. Changes

We tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
